CANCELLATION POLICY

Boss Skin Method Cancellation & rescheduling policy Effective upon booking At Boss Skin Method, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We ask that you honor that commitment with a little advance notice — it allows us to serve our full community and respect the time of everyone involved. 48+ hours notice — no charge Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment with no fee. Your card on file will not be charged. 24–48 hours notice — 50% fee Cancellations or reschedules within 24–48 hours of your appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. Less than 24 hours / no-show — 100% fee Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full service amount. We understand that life happens — please reach out as soon as possible if something urgent arises. A few additional notes A valid credit card is required to hold all appointments. Members: cancellation fees apply even when a service is covered by your membership. Missed appointments will be deducted from your monthly allocation. Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more may result in a shortened or rescheduled service at the full rate. We reserve the right to require prepayment for clients with a history of late cancellations.
